Playing a Role in the Evolution of a Fast-Growing Brand

THE CLIENT AND THEIR GOALS:
S.H.E. Summit first launched in 2013 with a conference and 100 pop up events around the world in a single week. Over time, they evolved into a much larger and higher profile conference and eventually into a more digital-first conference + online coaching and consulting program.

THE PROJECT:
We began working with S.H.E. Summit in 2013 and worked with their CEO, Claudia Chan, over many years in various ways. We worked with them to produce several of their flagship conferences for 1,500 guests, including their kick off in 2013. We worked with them to coordinate the on-site experience for high-level celebrity speakers like Kelly Clarkson, Gayle King, Reshma Saujani and many more. We also helped produce smaller events as they grew their brand in partnership with brands like Bacardi and in the virtual space. Our most recent event with them was in 2021.

NOTABLES:

– We also helped Claudia and her team from a more operational standpoint as our relationship grew. Because we knew the brand and work very quickly, we were able to help with their website rebrand, sponsor outreach and various other roles.
– We leveraged our experience in virtual events to help S.H.E. Summit pivot to a virtual conference during the pandemic era.

DON’T TAKE OUR WORD FOR IT (from 2013):

Liz King Events is our event agency partner. The latest project they helped us with was S.H.E. Summit Week 2013, a two-day conference in New York that also mobilized over 100 pop-up events around world, to celebrate and inspire women. Liz is quick, responsive, collaborative and has a phenomenal ability to remain calm, cool and connected in the most hectic times of planning an event. It’s always a pleasure to work with Liz and her team and I would highly recommend their event services. They are an excellent event management firm with a knack for leveraging the latest technologies.
